1. How can I place an order?

Orders can only be placed through the store's website. Simply select products, add them to your cart, and follow the instructions on the website.

2. What are the payment methods?

The store accepts:
• traditional bank transfer,
• online payments (card, express transfer),
• cash on delivery (if available).

3. What are the delivery costs and times?

• Poland: PLN 99,
• Europe (outside Poland): PLN 249,
• Orders over PLN 2049 - free delivery. Delivery time: 3 to 14 business days, depending on product availability.

4. How can I return an item?

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order. The item must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging. Details can be found in the Returns and Complaints Policy.

5. What should I do if the item is damaged or defective?

If the product is faulty or damaged, please submit a complaint by email or post. Detailed information can be found in the Returns and Complaints Policy.

6. Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

Changing the delivery address is only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact the store by phone or email.

7. How does the store protect my personal data?

8. Can I collect my order in person?

Personal collection is possible by prior arrangement with the store. Details are provided when placing the order.
